Please note: our retainer hourly rate only applies to hours within the flexi-rate retainer band.
Terms: All pricing is subject to VAT. Retainer hours must be used over the retainer 12-month period. Payment terms are quarterly in advance. We do not refund cancelled annual support retainers. E&OE.
Retainer Pricing
- Pricing Ad hoc – hourly rate is £90 + VAT
- Support 30 mins or under is £60 + VAT
- Half day rate or whole date rate: £350 and £595
Hosting packages
Our web servers use up-to-date hardware and server software and are hosted in a secure UK data-centre with industry leading engineers on hand. As well as being UK based, our servers sit on one of the best UK high-speed data networks providing a fast, reliable experience for visitors when visiting our sites from the UK, Europe and the US.
We only allow a small collection of Tickbox clients on our dedicated servers and monitor 24/7 to protect your website from any security threats. In addition to this, our hosting management services offer server-side e-mail support, daily backing up of data, constant monitoring of server health, value added domain configuration and email services.
Our hosting packages are bundled, designed to suit our client’s needs, rather than one size fits all.

Our server management partner
We lease our dedicated servers from UK FAST to managed website hosting on behalf of our clients. We call this our server-side management service.

SSL packages
Tickbox provide as part of our server management service options for additional security. These are SSL certificates.
Typically standard SSL certificates will usually only protect a single site. However, there may be a need to secure subdomains or multiple sites on different domains.
Each year all certificates are renewed automatically and are “re-keyed” to maintain SSL encryption is as its freshest.
Costs include:
